Climate Action and Walk2COP26

Severn Trent and BiTC will host the Walk2COP26 team together with representation from local government, business, civil society groups and students to discuss: climate change and COP 26; local and national responses; and what we should do to accelerate action.

Speakers include Rich Eadie: Head of Corporate Strategy, Sustainability & Group Transformation at Severn Trent; Kerry Kirwan: Deputy Pro-Vice Chancellor (Research) University of Warwick; Philip Brown: Secretary of the UN Association Coventry and organiser of CovCAN; Shravani Sharma: Urban and Transport Planner, PhD in WMG, University of Warwick; Thomas Crane: Coventry Building Society General Counsel; Bret Willers: Head of Climate Change & Sustainability at Coventry City Council.

 The main session will run for two hours with plenty of opportunity for Q & A, and table discussions. All participants are invited to stay and continue the discussion over refreshments.
