The Walk2COP26 team together with the St Albans City and District Council and St Saviour’s Church will be hosting a talk and workshop to be attended by local secondary schools, businesses, and community groups to discuss the climate emergency and how we can help, both individually and together.
Speakers and panelists will include Chris White, the Lib Dem City and District Council leader; Jack Easton, from Sustainable St. Albans; Heidi Carruthers, from The Herts and Middlesex Wildlife Trust; Nadia Bishari, from Wilderhood Watch, and representation from local business.
This will be day 1 of the 26-day walk from London to Glasgow and the first event. We want to hold an inspirational session with your help that the Walk2COP26 team can take with them as they walk up the country to COP26. Come and join us!
